Job: LEARNING SPECIALIST

For our HR office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Learning Specialist.

You will be part of the Learning Campus DK (HR Business Learning) team which supports managers and employees in all business learning related matters, e.g. course development and planning, program management and learning consulting.

Your Profile:

• You have a university degree, preferably within Learning, HR or Management, combined with 3+ years of experience in a learning function designing and implementing courses and programs.
• As a person, you are structured and service-oriented. Besides, you are flexible and willing to adapt to changes in organizational structures as well as in areas of responsibilities. 
• You possess superior communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English. 
• You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable working with learning management systems.
